You are not your past, nor your mind. The endless torrent of thoughts, break them. Be present, be here, and cope by knowing you don’t always have to be at 100%.
Its ok to have anxiety. Its ok to feel a bit panicked. Its natural to worry a little. Its fine to be cautious outside.
Be gentle with yourself. Do not set too high expectations, and don’t be surprised when others sometimes let you down.
